You Are Here

Finding your place in the story of everything

You Are Here is a Bible resource in eight sessions, designed for reading aloud in a community context. Adaptable for any group interested in the story the Bible tells.

Why? Intended to help you step back and survey the whole landscape of Scripture, to read the story the Bible tells in its own words, and to find your own place in it.

How? In Week One, get your imagination started with the 12 Words exercise (“how would you tell the Bible in 12 words?”) then use the downloadable scripts to read the story together as a group over the next six weeks. This is not a Bible study! Use our “imagination exercises” to get yourself into the story, to think about the characters, events, and recurring themes. Use your You Are Here workbook (see images below) to make your own notes, to doodle, draw, and map the narrative as it unfolds. In the final session, you’ll revisit week one and find 12 Words of your own.

Get started! Go to the downloads page to see a sample session, download the You Are Here scripts, and order your workbooks.
